ZORALAB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. 5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. ZORALAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address; any re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by you.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
