ZORALAB is committed to delivering your orders promptly and transparently. All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in San Francisco, California. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on every order placed with ZORALAB – no minimum purchase required. This applies to all products and all shipping destinations within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout; you do not need to enter any promotional code. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses, additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Please note that expedited or express shipping options are available at an additional cost, as detailed during checkout.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed on the next business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday at 4:30 PM EST will begin processing that same business day, while an order placed at 5:30 PM EST on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday). We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; however, during peak periods or promotional events, handling may take the full 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Transit Time
After the handling period, your package will be in transit for an estimated 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Transit times are calculated from the date the carrier picks up the package and are based on the shipping destination’s proximity to our San Francisco fulfillment center. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, although we make every effort to meet them. Weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events may affect transit times. ZORALAB is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
Shipping Carriers
We use major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders. The carrier assigned to your shipment depends on package weight, size, and destination. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for orders exceeding certain weight thresholds, but standard delivery to P.O. boxes is available for small items via USPS. All shipments require a signature for delivery if the order value exceeds $500; otherwise, the carrier may leave the package at the doorstep if safe to do so. ZORALAB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
International Shipping
ZORALAB currently ships within the United States and limited international destinations. For international orders, handling times are the same (0–2 business days), but transit times may extend from 5 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal service. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We do not cover these charges. Please check with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.
